February 4th Workout (Matt)

Shoulder Press (7 working sets)
3-3-3-3-3-3-3
 While doing the shoulder press, you should avoid holding your breath through the entire range of motion. As Matt can tell you, it will bring you pretty close to fainting pretty quickly. Fainting while pressing over-head can be detrimental to your health, especially while using large loads ; )
