Are You Fit?

                    If someone asked you about your level of fitness, how would you describe it? Would you start by reciting your 5k or your 400m time or perhaps your 1 rep max for squat, shoulder press, or bench? Is someone fit if they can clean and jerk 400lbs or is it the guy whose running a marathon after his 2.4 mile swim and 112 mile bike? This article from the CrossFit journal discusses and eloquently defines the word “fit”.
